Every brain is unique, and I celebrate the different ways we experience the world. My goal is to support individuals by understanding their unique strengths and challenges.
Radical Acceptance and Self-Compassion
I help individuals develop self-compassion and radical acceptance by understanding themselves and their experiences.
Authenticity
I strive to be my most authentic self in all I do, to give others permission to do the same.
Clinical Services
I offer individual therapy, group programs, and Autism/ADHD assessments to support your unique needs.
Training
I provide in-person and online training on Neurodiversity-Affirming Practice for parents, allied health professionals, and educators.

As an Autistic/ADHDer Psychologist and a parent of two delightful Neurodivergent children, I am deeply passionate about supporting Autistic/ADHD folk to build lives that fit them.
