PARENT SUPPORT SESSIONS

You don't have to figure it all out on your own.

Parenting a Neurodivergent child can bring joy, connection, and moments of incredible pride.

It can also leave you feeling exhausted, confused, overwhelmed, or unsure what to do next.

Whether you're navigating a new diagnosis, trying to better understand your child's needs, managing school challenges, or simply looking for guidance from a neurodiversity-affirming perspective, these sessions provide a supportive space to talk things through and develop practical strategies.

What Are Parent Support Sessions?

Parent Support Sessions are short-term consultations for parents and carers.

They are designed to provide practical support, guidance, education, and problem-solving around challenges commonly experienced by Neurodivergent children and their families.

This service is intentionally brief, with a maximum of four sessions available per family.

Many parents find that a small number of focused sessions is enough to gain clarity, confidence, and a plan moving forward.

Common Areas of Support

My Approach

As an Autistic/ADHD psychologist and parent of Neurodivergent children, I understand both professionally and personally how challenging parenting can feel at times.

My work is neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and strengths-based.

Rather than focusing on changing who a child is, I aim to help parents better understand what may be driving their child's experiences and identify practical ways to support them.

The goal is not perfect parenting.

The goal is helping your family find approaches that feel sustainable, compassionate, and workable.
