UNDERSTANDING YOURSELF THROUGH
A NEURO-AFFIRMING LENS

You don't have to figure it all out on your own.

Identification as Autistic and/or ADHD can bring relief, validation, and answers to questions you've carried for years.

It can also leave you wondering what happens next.

You might find yourself looking back over your life through a completely different lens.

You might be questioning things you previously believed about yourself.

You might be trying to make sense of masking, burnout, sensory differences, social experiences, or why certain things have always felt harder than they seemed to be for everyone else.

Whether you've recently received a formal diagnosis, self-identify as Autistic/ADHD, or are still exploring what Autism or ADHD means for you, these sessions provide a supportive space to better understand yourself and build a life that fits.

HOW CAN THESE SESSIONS HELP?

Understanding Yourself Through a Neurodiversity-Affirming Lens is a short-term consultation service for Autistic and ADHD teens and adults.

They are designed to provide practical support, education, guidance, and space for reflection as you learn more about yourself and your brain.

This service is intentionally brief, with a maximum of four sessions available per person.

Many people find that a small number of focused sessions is enough to gain clarity, self-understanding, and a direction moving forward.

Common Areas of Support

These sessions may be helpful if you are wanting support with:

✓ Understanding Autism, ADHD, AuDHD, or PDA

✓ Building a life that works with your brain rather than against it

You do not need to know exactly what you want to focus on before booking.

My Approach

As an Autistic ADHDer psychologist, parent of Neurodivergent children, and late-identified Autistic/ADHD adult, I understand both professionally and personally how powerful it can be to finally make sense of yourself.

My work is neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, intersectional, and strengths-based.

Rather than focusing on how to appear less Autistic/ADHD, I aim to help people better understand their brains, identify their needs, and develop ways of living that are sustainable, authentic, and supportive.

The goal is not to become someone different.

The goal is to better understand who you've been all along.
